For many years we have had a love affair with beautiful looking and tasting food but in particular a complete fascination for all things cake and chocolate!

This unstoppable passion continued as I worked for nearly 10 years in charge of the kitchen for one of the countrys leading specialist wedding cake companies. During this amazing experience the initial passion was refined into creating incredible looking and tasting wedding cakes that have been the centrepiece of many high profile weddings in some very prestigious locations.

Wishing to create new and exciting ideas ‘Cakes By Request’ was started. Whether it’s your wedding or you’re celebrating another of life’s special occasions, we offer classic, contemporary or chocolate designs, all hand made, using only the finest ingredients.
